Noise shall be kept at a low level.(2) Livestock buildings shall be fitted with windows to let in the daylight.(3) The Swedish Animal Welfare Agency may adopt rules providing forexemptions from subsection (2).Section 3The fittings in livestock buildings and other holding rooms for animals andthe equipment in enclosures shall be designed in such a way as not to causeinjuries or entail risks to the health of the animals.
