The Slovak National Council has resolved this Act:Article 1(1) The territory, stated in Annex I of this Act, composes the Tatra National Park (hereafter National Park).(2) The territory, related to the National Park, stated in Annex II of this Act, is under special protection (Article 4 par. 2).(3) The territory, stated in Annex II or its part, can be declared by the Board of Commissioners as a part of the National Park.This Act shall enter into force on January 1, 1995; It will be executed by commissioners of agriculture, land reform, education, science and art and after an agreement with the participating members of the Board of Commissioners.A.
