GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION DECREE No. 526, Dated July 11, 2001 MOSCOW On Restructuring the Electric Power Industry of the Russian Federation For the purposes of improving the efficiency of functioning of the electric power industry and ensuring uninterrupted supply of economy sectors and the population with electric and thermal power, the Government of the Russian Federation decrees: 1. The enclosed Guidelines of Restructuring the Electric Power Industry of the Russian Federation shall be approved. 2.
